About Me.

Joe Deng looks behind his shoulder

Two of my key motivators that often go hand-in-hand are challenging problems and the greater good. Having completed the Startup Institute Product and Design program and as a design enthusiast, I believe in data-driven design-thinking approach to problem solving and product development.

By continually honing an eye for aesthetics, I hope to apply my observations and experiences to define the way we interact with the digital and physical worlds. Healthcare has been one of my dedicated interests since early exposure in shadowing and volunteering experiences but also in its ubiquity and impact in our lives. I am driven by the opportunity and need for disruption and innovation in healthcare to benefit the primary users: patients.
